Mission

The mission of the Ted Rogers School of Management is to develop global leaders with an entrepreneurial orientation and the knowledge and critical thinking skills needed to solve real world problems. It does this by:

• Fully engaging with business and community to leverage the diversity and connections in Canada’s global city;
• Offering excellent, committed, experienced faculty who combine theory and practice;
• Providing student centered undergraduate, graduate and professional development programs grounded in experiential learning;
• Fostering relevant, inter-disciplinary research to expand and disseminate management knowledge.
